Building land in Vrboska with a building permit for a large detached house.

This is a very interesting offer of building land in Vrboska with a building permit, enabling works to start immediately. We are offering three separate plots for sale, the first is a building plot of some 1,300m2 while the other two plots that are adjacent to each other and the main plot are not in the building zone and together come to approximately 1,200m²

The project is for a detached house over two floors of approximately 350m2 with a double garage. The garden area extends into the additional two plots giving plenty of space to create a tennis court and swimming pool.

With a building permit already in place, which can take 18 months to get approved, this represents very good value for someone who is interested in constructing a large family home with the hard work of acquiring a building permit already done!

Vrboska town is often called Little Venice due to its long inlet and several stone bridges. It has a good selection of cafe bars and restaurants and several supermarkets and a post office. In addition, the town is blessed with several beaches, the most well known being Soline, which is partly fine shingle/sand.
Jelsa is a few km away and can be reached on a coastal road/path which is on the flat so ideal for cycling. Jelsa has a daily catamaran service provided by Jadrolinija to Split, via Bol on the island of Brac. In the opposite direction, about 4 km away is the town of Stari Grad which has the ferry port to Split, Jadrolinija has a comprehensive timetable in the summer months offering at least four ferries during the day.
