A traditional stone house with a swimming pool, garden and parking, with a separate cottage located on Hvar Island in a tranquil village. There is a traditional stone house with a one-bedroom apartment in the konoba or ground floor of the house. The central part of the house with a separate entrance consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area.

In addition to the main house is a gorgeous “Hanzel and Grettle” stone house set in the grounds of the garden. This lovely cottage has an open plan living/kitchen area on the ground floor whilst stairs to the first floor lead to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The cottage has a beautiful outlook of the gardens and swimming pool.

The gardens are beautiful with an array of flowers, bushes and trees, and it wouldn’t be difficult to while away the hours around the swimming pool thinking paradise is here! To top it off there is the perfect outside grill room. This is to Croatian men what the garage is to the Englishman, a must for the complete package! 

Vrbanj is a small but thriving village with a couple of small grocery shops, only a couple of minutes away in opposite directions. There are a couple of well-regarded restaurants in the summer months, including a pizza restaurant, while there are also several cafe bars that are the lifeline of Mediterranean life! A few kilometres away is the vehicle Ferry port at Stari Grad, operated by Jadrolinija. There are several crossings to Split daily, and in summer, the service is extensive, including a night crossing. In addition, Jadrolinija operates a daily catamaran service from Jelsa to Split via Bol on the island of Brac.
